As usual, I am always working on something to bring you more health interventions for your life. You’ve heard me talk about xenoestrogens and other environmental things that can impact your health, hormones, cause you to feel tired, run down and increase your risk for things like cancer, thyroid dysfunction, hormone imbalance and many other medical conditions.

I don’t just TALK about all of these things. I have been working on bringing you solutions for managing and preventing.

Health Interventions started with bringing you information on food, nutrition, cooking tips and techniques. From there, the little Facebook page became the foundation for Spring Valley Cafe. Spring Valley Cafe is home base for eating interventions, cooking up those foods that are healthy for you and providing meal plans.

Health & Home Interventions has naturally become the next phase of Health Interventions. The Health and Home division offers products for your home and for your personal care that are made of natural ingredients, free of the nasty chemicals know to cause health issues, specifically cancer and hormone imbalance. The line up is still small, but there are plans to grow and bring a whole new level of health related products and services to the area and beyond thanks to shipping!

There is no way to get away from everything around us that can increase the risk of sickness, inflammatory conditions and cancers, but every bit helps. I keep saying cancer because there’s such an increase in cancer rates lately and the ages are getting younger. The risk of cancer can come from the chemicals that are in soda, energy drinks, plastics and preserved foods. There are cancer-causing agents in your hairspray, dry shampoo, make up, candles and so many other things we use every day. Cell phones. Microwaves. Air pollution. If you were trying to eliminate everything out of your life that could cause you potential harm, you may literally drive yourself insane. Don’t do that! Do the best that you can do and make educated decisions with products.
