Wasabi Kale Chips

This is one of the easiest snack recipes you can ever do!

Kale is a superfood. Which means it’s one of those foods that has it all! It has fiber, iron, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Manganese, potassium AND calcium. Being a cruciferous vegetable, it is also beneficial in hormone regulation. No wonder it is in every smoothie recipe! Oh, and it’s low in calories.

Kale has a uniques taste, a little on the sweet side for a green. It can be tossed in a salad, but honestly, its better in a smoothie or cooked in some way in my opinion.

This recipe gives you a little crunch and you can be adventurous…As in use another seasoning if you’d like bedsides wasabi. Spice it up.

Buy your kale in a bag, already torn into smaller pieces if you want to save time. Layer on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with wasabi powder and a little salt. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until crispy. DONE!

You can sprinkle some nutritional yeast on the chips after removing from the oven if you’d like a little B-12 with your Green Super Hero chips!
