Cooking For Health Session February 25

It’s time to step it up! Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy! Yes, we are making it all and making it healthy for you! We will be sipping wine as we cook, because, it’s the best way to cook, relax and enjoy friends.

Topics to be discussed are why we should choose real food, balancing carbs, proteins and fats & making substitutions that bring health benefits & flavor

Learn to make delicious food while you also learn what benefits the foods chosen have for you, along with other healthy topics of course! . Lots of fun and you get to eat! Hosted Health Interventions and taught by Marcia Jones, NP.

Cost is $25 per person and includes all the food to make your meal, the fun and the extra health knowledge you get along the way.

Class will be held at Spring Valley Cafe
